Ash doough
Ash-doough (Ash-e Dugh or Ayran Ashi) is a vegetable and legume in yogurt soup in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province. It is one of the most prevalent traditional foods in the area. It's made by adding legumes like peas, beans (or lentils), and vegetables such as spinach and celery.
